Fully Adjustable 3-Point Positioning System

The CMK13 model features a dynamic mechanical structure that provides exceptional setup flexibility. It allows operators to adapt to various triangular or linear hole patterns without the need for custom-manufactured fixed heads:

  • Adjustable Center Distances: By simply loosening the securing bolts located on the head, the three independent outputs can be moved closer together or further apart to perfectly match the required hole coordinates.
  • 360° Independent Rotation: Each of the three spindles is capable of rotating a full 360 degrees circularly on its own axis, ensuring precise and repeatable positioning for intricate workpiece geometries.
  • Standard Morse Taper Drive: The primary drive is powered through a highly rigid Morse taper connection, which efficiently transfers torque from the machine spindle to the internal 3-way gear mechanism.
