Fully Adjustable 360° Positioning System
The CMK12 model provides exceptional setup flexibility through its unique mechanical configuration, allowing you to tailor the tool to complex workpiece geometries without needing custom-built heads:
- Adjustable Center Distance: By simply loosening the securing bolts located beneath the head, operators can easily adjust the center-to-center distance between the two outputs to match the required hole pattern.
- 360° Independent Rotation: Each of the two outputs is capable of rotating a full 360 degrees circularly on its own axis. A built-in circular adjustment scale ensures precise and repeatable positioning.
- Upper Body Linear Alignment: Once the optimal distance between the outputs is set, if the spindles do not sit linearly relative to the machine table, the entire upper body of the multi-spindle head can be rotated to achieve perfect linear orientation.
- Morse Taper Drive: As a standard configuration, the primary drive is powered through a robust Morse taper connection, efficiently transferring torque from the machine spindle to the internal gear mechanism.
