By enabling operators to machine two larger diameter holes simultaneously, this robust unit drastically reduces cycle times and increases the output capacity of your existing machine tools.

Fully Adjustable 360° Positioning System

Sharing the identical, highly versatile mechanical design as our standard models, the CMK22 provides exceptional setup flexibility without the need for custom-built heads:

• Adjustable Center Distance: By loosening the securing bolts underneath the head, the center-to-center distance between the outputs can be easily widened or narrowed to match specific hole patterns.
• 360° Independent Rotation: Each output rotates a full 360 degrees circularly on its own axis, utilizing a built-in adjustment scale for precise positioning.
• Upper Body Linear Alignment: After setting the distance between outputs, the entire upper body of the multi-spindle head can be rotated to achieve perfect linear alignment relative to the machine table.
• Standard Morse Taper Drive: Power is efficiently transferred from the machine spindle to the internal heavy-duty gears via a standard, highly rigid Morse taper connection.
